He was born Augat the Happyland Community, east of Ada to Grady and Willie Mullinax Smith. Elder Jake Ryan Smith, our Jakey, was called home to his Heavenly Father on Januwhile serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Arkansas, Little Rock Mission. Smith passed away Thursday, Jat a local hospital. Burial will follow at High Hill Cemetery. Jack was predeceased by his sister Lorna, Mother Julia and Father Jock. Tuesday at the High Hill Baptist Church, Rev. Jack is survived by his wife Peggy, daughters Terry, Joy and Colleen and her husband Brent along with six grandchildren Brittany, Ashley and Shae Luoma, Courtney, Brooke and Rachel Hlady, six great-grandchildren and many extended family members. Jack spent many years working in Bellefontaine at D.A.B. He was born Septemin West Mansfield Ohio to Fred and Fern Smith. Born in Crab Orchard, Ky, Jack lived and worked in and around Louisville for much. Smith 83 of Urbana Ohio went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior Friday October 22 surrounded by his family. Jack was born and raised in Calgary, he loved sports and being with his family. Smith, 59, of Sulphur, Ky passed away on Sunday, March 18th, 2018.
